The email header viewer displays common attributes from the email header (sender, recipient, CC, and BCC fields, sent and delivery times) and a list of file attachments.Ĭlicking on email header fields containing email addresses will cause MailDex to open a message in the Windows default email client with the recipient's selected email address.Ĭlicking on attachment items will cause MailDex to attempt to have Windows open the file in the Windows default application associated with the file type. The email viewer consists of two main parts - Message header viewer and Message body viewer.
In the image below, the location of the email viewing pane is boxed in red. It will show the email header, body, and attachments of the message you select in the Mail List. MailDex will display the HTML or Text version of an email message in the email viewing pane.
